Program History

The original base for the Chandler program was a group of 60 cows purchased from Ludvigson Stock Farms in central Montana in 2020. Since then, we have sourced genetics from multiple herds in both the US and Canada in order to breed cattle that fit our vision. We carefully study structure, longevity, actual performance data, EPD profiles, and carcass data before selecting any genetics to add to our program.

While we are always working to improve our herd, we believe our efforts have been paying off. The herd we are proud to have our brand on is full of broody females that have good dispositions, pretty udders, and constantly outproduce themselves. The below sampling of females is a good representation of what we are striving for here at Chandler Cattle Co.
